Juan,un pibe con una vida difícil

En la clase de Literatura hicimos un vídeo inspirado en el cuento "Juan se iba por el río"escrito por Rodolfo Walsh.La clase se dividió en 4 grupos.Mi grupo estaba compuesto por 5 integrantes y  cada uno de nosotros creó con mucha imaginación un personaje para el desfile de conceptos.Se elije un personaje  y con él se hace un vídeo en donde intentamos representar su vida.No fue fácil hacer el vídeo,realizamos muchos pasos previos.Creamos monólogos,diálogos,dividimos tiempos de cada escena,pensamos en la escenografía y vestuario de cada personaje.
El vídeo se llama "Juan,un pibe con una vida difícil",todos participamos en la creación del personaje principal que era Juan,un chico humilde que vivía en la Villa Sapito de Adrogué,junto a sus padres y su hermano con los cuales no tenia una buena relación.Con el vídeo quisimos mostrar como era la vida de Juan y detectar sus problemas, las causas de los mismos y pensar juntos posibles soluciones.
Comenzamos mostrando una escena en la cual había dos chicos consumiendo droga,quisimos demostrar que es una realidad que se vive dentro y fuera de las Villas,la droga  que crece día a día.Nuestra intención fue trasmitir como este flagelo  aleja a los jóvenes del camino de una vida sana , los lleva a un futuro incierto.Nuestro vídeo se tenia que basar en los cuentos de Walsh,lo relacionamos con los documentales de "Variaciones Walsh",ya que nuestro vídeo tiende a tener el estilo del documental,hay una pequeña similitud entre ambos.
En mi opinión nuestro vídeo fue una creación sencilla,para la cual trabajamos con entusiasmo y seriedad,relacionado obras de Walsh con nuestra imaginación.El vídeo tuvo un estilo gracioso por la característica de nosotros actores sin experiencia,que nos reíamos de nuestra propia actuación.Posiblemente si los actores hubieran sido chicos que su personalidad es mas seria que la nuestra,el vídeo hubiera sido mas serio.

Thinking skills: Bias and prejudice

In the Thinking skills class we had to read a unit of bias, the language of it and prejudice. After reading this we had to solve two activities realted to these topics.

1) In Item A we can notice the prejudice by the way the Germans blamed the jews for every problem in Germany, even some were unreasonable. Hitler was the main one who expresed the prejudice to the Jews. In Item B prejudice to the Jews is shown by distorting the reality and presenting the Jews as the killers and guilties.

The evidence they contain that shows that the prejudice is irrational is the truth. By knowning the context and the history of the Nazi Germany, we know that the sources show distortion and irrationality since they aren't truth.

They are not credible at all because they are biased. They are made in a particular way to persuade people to believe they are in that way when they actually aren't. They are not credible since the context shows that the hisotry of the Jews wasn't as the Nazi Germans saw it.

2) The use of the language in the items indicates bias because the British media uses postive vocabulary to describe their man and negative vocabulary to describe the iraquies. This shows how obviously they are in the British side. They discribe their man as "professionals, confident and loyal" and the iraquíes as "brainwashed, mad dogs and ruthless".  Moreoever, they say they neutralise.

Because it is kind of obvious that a country is going to defend their side. Britain is not going to talk amazing things about Iraq because in this case it's the enemy. As a consequence, the credibility is reduced.
